Cancer Center Hosts Living Well Series

Lourdes Regional Cancer Center is beginning a new program to
respond to the needs of patients and their families. The Living
Well Series occurs on the fourth Wednesday of every month,
addressing the full spectrum of concerns associated with
cancer.
Each session takes place from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM and
includes dinner. From 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM a Medical Oncologist
and Palliative Medicine specialist answer questions from the
attendees and the evening's topic is covered from 6:00 PM - 7:00
PM.
All events are in the Lourdes Lecture Hall located on the Main
Floor of the hospital, except for the session on 4/28/10, which
will be held in the East West Dining Room on the ground floor of
the hospital. The series is open to everyone living with cancer,
caring for someone with cancer, or in the support network of a
person with cancer. It is not necessary to be a patient at Lourdes
in order to attend.
