The Lourdes Service Excellence Committee encourages
our staff to light the way to a better Lourdes. Now you can
recognize our staff members and volunteers for their "simple acts
of kindness" by completing our online "Bright Lights" nomination
form. Simply visit the Bright
Lights page of our Website and complete the nomination
form. Your nomination will be sent to the Firefly Team. A copy
of the nomination will be sent to the employee's supervisor so
he/she can be recognized.
Yellow "Call" Me on It! nomination postcards are also
available throughout the hospital. You can complete the
postage-paid card, drop it in any US Post Office mailbox, or hand
the card to any Lourdes staff member. We will be sure to forward
your nomination to the Firefly Team.
