Free Screenings and Information for Stroke Awareness Day

Join Lourdes Center for Cardiovascular Health for a day of free
screenings and information on Saturday, May 2 from
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM in the Lourdes Lecture
Hall.

- Stroke Support Information

FREE CARDIOVASCULAR SCREENINGS
If you are 65 or older (and have never had a carotid
ultrasound) OR if you are
50 and older with two or more of the following risk
factors you are eligible for a FREE cardiovascular
screening:
- Current or past history of smoking
- Elevated Cholesterol (over 200)
- Chronic Kidney Disease
- Family History of Stroke
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Overweight
- Inactive Lifestyle
Appointments are required for cardiovascular
screenings.
